Returns Procedure
If you need to return a product, please confirm the validity of your return below. A return can be actioned via the "Exchanges / Returns" page and we will get back to you with approval within 1/2 working day.
Return Policy
Please note that all purchases are final, a full refund will only be in place in the event of a issue on our behalf (ex: faulty item, wrong item sent). All our items go through quality control and are carefully inspected and packed before being shipped to our costumers, however, if any defects or faults are noticed when the item is received you must contact costumer support straight away.
In the event that you would like to return/exchange your item, we accept returns on all orders and are happy to exchange for a credit note, which is redeemable for the same amount used on the original purchase. Or we can offer a direct exchange for a product of the same value – both free of charge.
We honour the amount on the purchase, so if the item was purchased on sale, that will be the value that we will issue as credit.
Returns must be created via our portal within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags intact.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified. If an exchange/credit note is accepted, we will send you a new tracking number/gift card.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on return.
All shipping costs are non-refundable throughout the return process. However, if the item is faulty, shipping costs will also be refunded.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
